Wow, we have been missing in action since I believe around March. My computer crashed taking with it the remembered password. I will now be back and getting caught up on what has happened to my two goof balls since our last post. A lot has happened  poor Diva Pearl almost died. The poor girl just can not get a break with health issues.  They are both on the cushie beside me snoring.  So will be posting regularly but not daily or even weekly but when something we want to share happens.

saving for own info

This is another out of the blue medical thing that has happened to my girl Pearl. A large swelling on top of her head. It is not connected to the glaucoma in her left eye.whew... no punture wound so why it is there we have no idea. She was given SIMPLICE 10 mg to treat the infection under the skin for 2wks once a day. (the med is a cephalosporins are indicated for the prophylaxis and treatment ...of infections caused by bacteria susceptible to this particular form of antibiotic.) If not going down in a wk she needs to have it lanced open to drain. Today the Vet took out 2ml of paus (sp) out of it. Whew no cancer cells just a infection I can deal with that Thanks for your prayers they worked. Of course Gretchie went along with Pearl for the vet visit for moral support and did a fine job.
